Goods purchased through Cape Ape Seeds will be sent to you
via door-to-door courier. All order offer 100% FREE shipping anywhere
in South Africa, delivered nationwide.

All orders are shipped in a discreet package with no mention of content.
ORDER & DELIVERY PROCESS

Place your order & proceed to checkout, where you will see the EFT payment details. You will receive an automated email confirming your order.

Please use your order number as your payment reference.

When the payment reflects in our bank account, or upon receipt of confirmation of payment, we will update your order. You will receive an email saying that your order status is paid.

We will then send your goods with our courier the following day for overnight delivery, where a tracking nr will be supplied to you.
Smaller towns may take a couple of days to reach, but the maximum should be 3 working days. If you haven’t received your goods by then please contact us.

Please note we do send a tracking number and/or track parcel with every order. Everything gets to where it needs to be. Please be patient. We do understand first time orders can be stressful.
